Return & Refund Policy

Kindly be informed that our refund policy is valid for seven (7) days only. Refund or exchange will not be applicable after this period of seven (7) days.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, the purchased item must be unused and it needs to be in the same condition as you had received it. We will also require it to be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please note that we require a receipt or some proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund/(s) is granted (if applicable)

Kindly note that Returns are not acceptable for items found to be not in its original condition, is either damaged or there’s missing parts and for reasons not due to errors or mistakes on our part.
